Worship Ministry Director

**Job Summary**

As the Worship Ministry Director at NewSpring Church, you will be responsible for leading the Worship Arts Ministry in implementing the church's mission, pillars, and standards. This includes developing a volunteer leadership team, leading worship for campus gatherings, and upholding musical and cultural excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Recruit, lead, and schedule contract musicians to serve at all campus gatherings.
• Recruit, lead, and train production volunteers to meet all audio/visual/lighting needs.
• Prepare all necessary software resources (Ableton, Planning Center, ProPresenter) for gatherings.
• Develop and strengthen relationships on the Worship Arts Team through excellent communication.
• Evaluate campus gatherings and provide feedback to musicians, vocalists, and gathering pastors.
• Uphold data integrity standards with church management software (Rock).

• Develop personal evangelism opportunities within and outside the church.
• Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.
• Financially support the vision of NewSpring Church by faithfully giving at least 10% of gross income.
