Position Summary: The Night Warehouse Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, equipment service, and fleet management. This position involves making key personnel decisions, managing inventory, and conducting statistical analyses to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports to upper management.
  • Optimize inventory management to prevent stock shortages and expiration issues.
  • Utilize statistical data to identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
  • Manage the departmental budget, ensuring effective expense control and providing variance explanations.
  • Ensure efficient product rotation and maintain an organized warehouse layout.

  • Coordinate with other managers to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales center.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to adapt to workplace changes.
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Proven decision-making and delegation abilities.
  • Enthusiastic and reliable, with a commitment to quality management.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities and the ability to inspire others.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two to three years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, pull, and push over 50 pounds.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and perform various physical tasks.

Work Environment:
