Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Horticulture Specialist to join our team at Nature by Design Plants.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for plants and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of horticulture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Cultivating and maintaining a diverse selection of house plants
- Assisting with visual merchandising and display setup
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Receiving and stocking inventory
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in horticulture or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or horticultural environment
- Strong knowledge of house plants and their care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience
