Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Deliver both direct and indirect behavioral support in diverse educational settings.
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and school personnel to implement successful behavioral strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior intervention techniques and evidence-based practices.
- Monitor student progress through systematic data collection and analysis.
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions to address behavioral and emotional needs.
- Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
- Lead training sessions for staff and parents on behavioral strategies and best practices.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of student interventions and progress.
- Adhere to ethical standards and best practices in behavior analysis.
- Engage in regular team meetings and professional development activities.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
