**Job Summary**

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Leader to join our team as a Food and Consumables Coach. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, driving financial performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates;
  • Drive the financial performance and sales of designated store areas by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements;
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards to store associates;
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates;
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments.

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience;
  • Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training (for facilities that sell firearms);
  • Ability to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments;
  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University (preferred).

**What We Offer:

* Competitive salary range: $65,000-$80,000 per year;
* Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses;
* Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Sales Volume Category (SVC), and Complex Structure (based on location, facility sales volume, and external factors).
