Responsibilities- Assist physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment plans
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans under the supervision of a physical therapist
- Implement treatment plans and provide patient education and training
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Physical Therapy Assistant studies or a related field
- Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a physical therapy department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
