Key Responsibilities:
- Support the operational maintenance and repair of various equipment.
- Replace light bulbs and conduct preventative maintenance for guest accommodations, including minor repairs such as vinyl touch-ups, painting, and furniture fixes.
- Execute preventative maintenance on ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen appliances, laundry facilities, HVAC systems, guest rooms, meeting spaces, swimming pools, and hot tubs.
- Perform plumbing repairs, maintain laundry equipment, and conduct preventative checks on exhaust fans while monitoring energy efficiency.
- Respond promptly to alarms to ascertain the location and cause, determine the urgency, and communicate findings to the appropriate personnel.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisory staff.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a hotel or related industry is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Licensure in a relevant trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) is preferred.
- A valid driver's license for the applicable state is necessary.
- An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required.
