The Managing Medical Director of Specialty Care is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in specialty services. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and improve the level of care for patients
  • Lead clinical outcomes and quality assessment initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and quality leadership to implement strategies that enhance patient care
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to address clinical and operational issues

Requirements:

  • Doctorate degree in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
  • 5 years of experience as a postgraduate licensed physician
  • 3 years of experience in clinical leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate at all levels of an organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience as a postgraduate licensed physician
  • 5 years of experience in clinical leadership, including hospital and/or ambulatory administration experience
