We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Full Stack Engineer (mobile) to lead the design, development, and implementation of our mobile applications. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Mobile App Development: Drive the end-to-end development of our mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and a seamless user experience.

  • Provide Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Drive Adoption of Best Practices: Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies within the team.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Emerging Technologies: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our technical stack and business strategy.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: At least 8+ years of professional software development experience, focused on mobile app development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with React Native.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, and mobile development frameworks. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration.
  • Bonus Skills: Knowledge of AWS services, and familiarity with NextJS and NodeJS.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a hands-on technical leader in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
