Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified part-time instructor to teach our online graduate course, PIA Strategic Management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in public administration and management, with prior experience managing nonprofit organizations. The instructor will be responsible for preparing a syllabus, leading class sessions, grading and commenting on students' work, providing timely and frequent feedback on student assignments, utilizing Canvas, and being available to meet with students.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a comprehensive syllabus for the course
  • Lead class sessions and engage students in online discussions
  • Grade and provide feedback on student assignments
  • Utilize Canvas to deliver course materials and facilitate online learning
  • Be available to meet with students and provide support

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (public administration, management)
  • Prior experience managing nonprofit organizations
  • Preference given to candidates with previous online teaching experience at the Master's level
