Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

Job Summary:

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting. As an LPN/LVN, you will work one-on-one with patients, executing physician-prescribed plans of care and documenting care provided in our system of record.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting
  • Execute physician-prescribed plans of care and document care provided in our system of record
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Patient assessments, coordination of care
  • Health, promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Requirements:

  • Must have good standing license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must be willing to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and/or adolescents
