About the Role:- Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and patient education.
- Work collaboratively with our dialysis RNs to ensure seamless patient care and treatment.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in dialysis care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- CCHT certification required; must be active and valid on the NNCC website.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
