Job Summary:
Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Embedded Security Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our embedded security group, you will be responsible for ensuring the security governance of our embedded systems organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
- Manage the vulnerability response process for embedded systems.
- Develop and implement ongoing developer training programs to enhance security awareness.
- Participate in cross-functional teams (CFTs) to address evolving security and privacy compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with security architects, firmware developers, and extended engineering teams to deliver secure systems utilizing custom security ASICs.
Requirements:
- BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in embedded systems, ASIC, and SoC development.
- Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and procedures.
- Experience with VLSI design, ARM, RISC-V, and EDA tools.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Perl, Python, and Linux.
- Experience with security, cryptography, and authentication methods.
- Certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker, SISSP, or Security+ are a plus.
