Loan Processor

BTC Bank is seeking a skilled Loan Processor to join our team. As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for preparing loan documents for closing, ensuring compliance and quality of loan documentation, and providing administrative assistance to loan officers.

• Prepare loan documents for closing, including verifying accuracy and completeness of loan files
• Provide administrative assistance to loan officers, including updating loan data and assembling loan documents
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies
• Perform quality checks of loan packets and resolve exceptions with loan officers
• Answer telephone and written inquiries concerning loan processing

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience processing consumer real-estate loans
• Six months to one year of experience in an office environment
• Successful completion of in-house training program or approved outside training program

• Manual dexterity and ability to lift files and open filing cabinets
• Bending, stooping, or standing as necessary
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
