Job Summary:
Cabinet Designer at Twin Oaks Custom Cabinets, where you will work closely with our sales team to create computer-aided custom cabinet designs and conceptual drafting using Cabinet Vision software. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in interpreting customer ideas into realistic plans.

About the Role:
As a member of our drafting and design team, your purpose is to earn the trust and confidence of our customers as you design their project and set it up for success by being thorough and accurate. You will work on creating drawings that are used in the customer approval process, production, and installation. Your strong math skills and attention to detail will enable you to read, understand, and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs and customer management databases.
- Ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously while staying within time restraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team and clients.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Computer-Aided Drafting and Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong math problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret customer ideas into realistic plans.
- Team player who can maintain good interpersonal relations with team members, vendors, and clients. Estimated salary range: $40,000 - $60,000 per year. Benefits package includes competitive pay, paid holidays, paid vacation, 401K, life insurance, healthcare benefits, and company events.
