  • Develop a deep understanding of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including its lifestyle, client, merchandise, and heritage.

  • Drive sales by utilizing product knowledge, market trends, and active listening/communication to clientele.

  • Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer's visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.


Requirements


  • Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
  • Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
