REPORTS TO: Executive Housekeeper
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including bathtubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floor surfaces using appropriate cleaning tools and agents.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines for the use of cleaning supplies.
- Change and arrange bed linens, which may involve lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including furniture, artwork, and shelves.
- Utilize a vacuum cleaner throughout the room and manage waste disposal.
- Restock guest room supplies, linens, and amenities as needed.
- Manage room keys, transport cleaning supplies to designated areas, and ensure rooms are ready for guest occupancy.
- Adhere to attendance policies and maintain regular availability for scheduled shifts.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Must possess effective communication skills in English. A proactive and positive attitude is essential. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and assist colleagues as needed. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment operation is required. Must be capable of moving equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. Ability to perform cleaning tasks in various positions and confined spaces.

Safety and Security:
The safety and security of guests and associates are paramount. All associates must comply with hotel security policies, particularly concerning key management, handling heavy items, using cleaning agents, and reporting safety hazards.
