Halifax Health is seeking a skilled Radiology Nurse Specialist for their Outpatient Unit.
About the JobThis role involves providing exceptional patient care in diverse radiology modalities, including CT, IR, and Ultrasound. The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-procedural, intra-procedural, and post-procedural care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice are met.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing practices and Florida Nurse Practice Act guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Assume leadership roles and demonstrate professionalism in communication and interpersonal skills.
- CURRENT RN LICENSURE IN FLORIDA REQUIRED
- Bachelor degree/diploma/associate degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Certifications as required by individual unit/area.
- Professionalism in interpersonal communication skills with patients, patient families, colleagues, physicians and ancillary department personnel.
