Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • Full-time salary: $75K - $120K, based on experience and performance.
  • Part-time pay: $55K - $75K annually, on average.
  • Paid vacation and holiday pay.

Your Role as a Pediatric Physical Therapist

As a vital part of our clinical team, you'll provide high-quality therapy services to help children achieve their functional goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a 95% positive satisfaction rate, measured through random surveys.
  • Meet 80% of proposed goals by re-evaluation.
  • Achieve 100% of billable hours as outlined in your Employment Agreement.
  • Maintain a 90% or higher arrival rate during scheduled hours.
  • Complete daily documentation within 24 hours of patient visits and all evaluations/re-evaluations/progress reports within 48-72 hours.
Required Qualifications
  • College Degree and active PT license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience (pediatric physical therapy experience is a plus).

  • Compassionate and empathetic, especially towards children.
