As a Nurse Practitioner with VIA Health Partners, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, providing comprehensive care to patients with advanced life-threatening illnesses.

Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner with VIA Health Partners, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive medical care to patients with advanced life-threatening illnesses
  • Serving as a medical resource for our staff
  • Assisting in staff training and education
  • Optimizing cost-effective plans of care
  • Enhancing palliative and hospice care through increased referrals to palliative medicine and hospice
  • Submitting billing and documentation according to policy


Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Current, active, and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in North Carolina
  • Official recognition as a Nurse Practitioner from the North Carolina Board of Nursing
  • Successful board certification in a specialty within 2 years of hire
  • Current and unrestricted DEA and Basic Life Support
  • Computer proficiency
