We are seeking a talented and motivated Assistant Engineer to join our civil municipal/civil environmental department in our Kittanning, PA office. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to apply the latest technology to help our clients solve their most challenging problems.

This role reports directly to the Unit Manager and offers a range of exciting responsibilities, including:

  • Sanitary sewer assessment and environmental planning
  • Project budgeting and financial analysis
  • Funding source administration
  • Design and construction of water and sewer infrastructure capital improvements

As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to attend client meetings, coordinate directly with clients, and assist project managers to meet client needs and deadlines. We are looking for a candidate with a strong multi-tasking ability, attention to detail, and self-motivation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or Environmental Engineering
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • EIT preferred
  • Internship experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus
