Key Responsibilities- Table Maintenance: Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Table Setting: Remove tablecloths, reset tables, and ensure all necessary items are in place.
- Plate Removal: Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables and transport them to the designated area.
- Refill and Restock: Refill coffee, water, and condiments as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the dining room.
- Familiarity with Food Safety: Familiarity with food safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds to meet the physical demands of the role.
- Personality: Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
