Key Responsibilities- Create Comprehensive Treatment Plans: Develop and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations, taking into account individual needs and goals.
- Lead Clinical Support Staff: Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
- Adhere to Regulatory Requirements: Comply with all federal and government regulations, including state dental board rules and regulations, to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Production-Based Compensation: Earn a competitive salary based on production, reflecting your value to the practice.
- Full Control over Treatment Plans: Have the autonomy to create and implement treatment plans that best serve your patients.
