Key Responsibilities
1. Provide personal assistance tailored to individual client requirements, which may include: aiding with personal hygiene, mobility, dressing, bathing, and restroom needs.
2. Maintain cleanliness in all areas utilized by the client, including tasks such as sweeping, dusting, dishwashing, changing linens, and doing laundry.
3. Prepare and serve meals according to the dietary preferences and restrictions of the client.
4. Run errands for the client, including tasks like bill payments, mailing letters, and grocery shopping.
5. Safely transport clients in their own vehicles, ensuring proper documentation and insurance verification.

Additional Duties
- Report any violations of client rights promptly.
- Respect the client's belongings and report any incidents of damage or loss.
- Complete and submit all required documentation punctually.
- Uphold client confidentiality at all times.
- Foster professional relationships with clients.
- Communicate any changes in schedule or issues impacting the ability to fulfill assigned responsibilities to the immediate supervisor.
