Job Overview

The Brass Tap - RB is seeking a skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and plating our menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe procedures and food safety guidelines.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is clean and organized, and that food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Take pride in every dish prepared, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement.
  • Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
  • Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English.
  • Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment.
  • Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
  • Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment.
