We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team, responsible for reviewing, matching, and processing invoices, as well as participating in the MM/AP accrual process.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus additional specialized courses or training, and at least 2 years of related experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
Responsibilities- Review and match invoices with receiving documents and POs.
- Notify the Purchasing Department of any discrepancies in code or price.
- Process electronic invoices, including running and maintaining exception reports and freight reports.
- Participate in the MM/AP accrual process.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
USD $16.13 - USD $27.27 per hour.
