Adhere to professional standards and hospital policies, maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of one year of recent nursing assistant experience is preferred.
- Availability to work 72-80 hours biweekly within designated hours.
- Ability to work competently in multiple inpatient units.
- CPR certification is required.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to recognize changes in patient conditions.
