You will also participate in an interdisciplinary treatment team to develop strategies and interventions that promote excellent therapeutic outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapies to promote emotional growth, self-awareness, and coping skills.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of clients.
- Document services provided and disseminate information to community referral sources and agencies.
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, referral sources, and community resources to ensure a successful discharge planning process.
- Assess and intervene in cases of suspected or disclosed child or adult neglect or abuse.
- Supervise interns in psychotherapeutic treatment of patients and their families, including individual therapy, parent collateral work, family therapy, couples therapy, and group therapy.
- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- Full licensure, e.g., LCSW-C, LCPC, or equivalent.
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Variable Part Time to help cover rotating shifts.
