  • Develop and implement youth athletic programs and services
  • Collaborate with community partners to promote program offerings
  • Recruit and train volunteers and staff to support program delivery
  • Manage program budgets and finances
  • Ensure compliance with department policies and procedures

**Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in recreation management, physical education, or a related field
  • Minimum three years of experience in youth athletic programming, preferably with leadership roles
  • Valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Certification in CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid (acquired within six months of employment)

**Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
