Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista Server to join our team at Courtyard Cincinnati Covington. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of quality in our culinary offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
