Nursing Leadership Opportunity

The New Hampshire Veterans Home in Tilton, NH seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse II-III to lead the MDS/RAI process for residents.

This is a full-time position with a proposed schedule of 7:00am - 3:30pm shifts and occasional weekend work (additional $2.00/hour).

As an experienced RN, you will coordinate and schedule assessments, updates, and changes while providing education and training to the interdisciplinary team.

Job Requirements

  • Leverage your leadership skills to manage the MDS/RAI process, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for the interdisciplinary team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $36.51-$66.07 hourly, plus a direct care and nursing stipend up to $25.00/week.
