**Responsibilities:**
* Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.
* Develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
* Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
* Engage with patients' families, providing regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic treatment plans.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
**Requirements:**
* A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas.
* Current BLS License.
* Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance.
* Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
