Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety
Requirements
  • Current and valid registration as a professional nurse under the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing
  • At least one year of full-time or equivalent part-time experience as a registered nurse in a recognized hospital, clinic, or medical facility
  • Six months of experience in a supervisory, administrative, or managerial capacity
  • Ability to work varied shifts and/or irregular hours/weekends, holidays, nights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Meditech and Meta experience
  • CPR and IV certification
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with individuals, families, providers, physicians, and staff members
  • Proficient usage of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience working with individuals with serious, persistent mental illness
  • Bilingual or multilingual fluency
  • American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Prior experience working with adolescent population
