We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Gate Guard. This part-time position involves ensuring the smooth operation of our retail operations, maintaining a secure environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Inventory Control: Verify that all items leaving the premises have been properly invoiced and matched to purchase tickets.
• Traffic Management: Direct visitors and truckers to designated areas and inspect outgoing traffic to prevent unauthorized removal of company property or products.
• Customer Service: Perform tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and assist yard employees and truck drivers as needed.
• Material Handling: Assist with placing materials in stock and maintaining a clean and organized lumber yard.

• Mathematical Skills: Possess solid math skills to accurately manage inventory and perform tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management and customer satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with customers and coworkers to provide excellent customer service.
