Cytologist Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Cytologist to join our team at Health Career Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, processing, screening, interpreting, and correlating cytological specimens.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform fine needle aspirates and assist with other diagnostic procedures.
  • Participate in educational and training activities to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to routine administrative and non-routine technical functions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Registered Cytologist or eligible for registration by possession of a Bachelor's degree in Cytotechnology.
  • Ability to work days, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime and/or weekends as required.
