Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Welding Engineer to join our team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will provide support to focus on new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems.

You will also develop consulting audit forms with sales teams, including long-term goals and pricing strategies, and help install and program robotic systems and other automation equipment.

This position requires strong technical knowledge of welding processes and equipment, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to understand customer needs and develop appropriate solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in welding, automation, or a related industry
  • CWI certification encouraged
  • Prior industry experience or knowledge required
