Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of food products, including prepared meals and rotisserie chicken
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions, communicating effectively with members and colleagues

What You'll Do:

• Be a Team Player: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with members and colleagues
• Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, understand and plan future productions, and adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
• Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
• Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area, utilizing digital tools, managing high exposure and expectations, and ensuring quality and date control standards

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Food Service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
