Key Responsibilities:- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
- Research and identify new business opportunities through B2B relationships.
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train and develop incoming team members on our existing systems and processes.
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Supervisory and leadership skills with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
