Job Description

As a Resident Care Specialist at Rose Arbor Village, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. This rewarding role requires a caring and empathetic individual who is able to build strong relationships with residents and their families.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting residents with activities of daily living, such as toileting and transferring
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident vital signs and medical information

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years' experience in a care setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range:

$42,000 - $52,000 per year
