Concrete Finisher

At Webber, LLC, we are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in building and assembling forms for molding concrete structures.

1. Set forms to line and level, read and understand plans to ensure accurate construction.
2. Work with the survey crew to set stringlines for paving, curb, and gutter installation.
3. Construct forms for the placement of concrete and structures, ensuring precision and quality.
4. Inspect forms during concrete placement to ensure they meet specifications.
5. Assist and direct others in stripping forms after concrete placement.
6. Install miscellaneous materials and pre-cast concrete elements.
7. Prepare for slip-forming traffic rails and median barriers.
8. Install permanent metal deck forms.
9. Operate hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.

1. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
2. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
3. Ability to move throughout a construction site, including climbing ladders and inclines, operating heavy equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
4. Heavy physical activity performing strenuous day activities of a primarily productive/technical nature.
5. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceive attributes of objects and materials.
6. Work outdoors with exposure to changing weather conditions such as rain, sun, snow, and wind.
