Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of up to $400K+ negotiable based on training and experience, with no state tax. Additionally, we provide a relocation package of $30,000 and a sign-on bonus of 15% of base salary, negotiable. Our employees are also eligible for annual base increases based on performance and a retention bonus after 2 years of service. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, disability, and an optional 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan.

Responsibilities

As a Psychiatry Specialist, you will provide consultation and liaison services in a hospital setting. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, including support staff, and be responsible for 24/7 Emergency Department coverage by master's level Crisis Clinicians. You will see patients of all ages, including children and adolescents, and have a shared call coverage arrangement. On average, you can expect to see 5-7 consults per day, with 1-2 new consults per day.

Qualifications and Skills
