We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Therapeutic Associates. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for conducting initial evaluations, assessing patient conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' physical and functional status to determine their capabilities and develop effective treatment plans.
- Document all evaluations, treatment, and coordination of care contacts in accordance with facility policies.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding treatments, goals, and potential safety risks.
- Manage a caseload to maximize the effectiveness of overall care plans.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education.
- Current State Physical Therapist License.
- Current CPR certification.
