As a Maintenance Supervisor at Heritage Nursing Center, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures and utility systems of buildings. This includes directing workers engaged in painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings, as well as maintaining and repairing building utility systems, such as electrical wiring and controls, heating and ventilating systems, and lock out tag out.

Qualifications
  • You should have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum age of 18 years of age is required.
  • Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and co-workers.
  • Adhering to HIPAA regulations, OSHA regulations, and state and federal guidelines.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
