About the Role:
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at IntelyCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team and provide high-quality care in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs and report any concerns to supervisors.
- Serve meals to residents and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Observe residents during shifts and report any concerns to nurses or other staff members.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, maintain a hygienic environment, and perform other tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare staff, residents, and visitors.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Requirements:
- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
- Knowledge of medical terms and nursing care procedures.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
