We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team at Mayflower Care Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leadership to our certified nursing assistants.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to certified nursing assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Patient Care: Oversee the care and well-being of our residents, including preparing and administering medications as ordered by physicians.
- Charting and Documentation: Complete accurate and timely charting and treatment plans/physician orders.
- Admissions and Transfers: Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required, ensuring a smooth transition of care.
- Communication: Make rounds with physicians as requested and necessary, and orient and welcome new residents and families to our facility.
- Active LVN License: Must be an active Licensed Vocational Nurse in California.
- COVID-19 Vaccination: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster shots.
- Knowledge and Skills: Possess knowledge of long-term care patient needs and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Pay: $32-$36 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
