Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Light Duty Coating Operator to join our team at ECMS - BASF Environmental Catalyst and Metal Solutions Division. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our coating processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate coating machines to apply slurry to substrates, ensuring compliance with specified customer quality requirements.
  • Monitor and control coating machine settings, including speed, flow, and temperature, to optimize production.
  • Enter production data into computer systems, including lot packages, downtime sheets, and SAP.
  • Clean and maintain coating machines and associated equipment, including feed tanks, plumbing, and pumps.
  • Perform quality control checks on coated parts, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Collaborate with production team members to achieve production goals and resolve any operational issues.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing production work experience preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience operating machines preferred.
