Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join our team at LCG. As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing multiple applications in an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, code, configure, and unit test software applications.
  • Work on problems in several areas, including modernization, system interfaces, scalability, usability, and accessibility upgrades, and refactoring.
  • Perform software development with Java, J2EE, Eclipse, NetBeans, JSP, SOA, XML Beans, Struts/Spring, Hibernate/ibatis, Maven/Ant, WebLogic, and Apache Tomcat.
  • Day-to-day work with multi-tier web-based applications, user interfaces, and user interaction.
  • Hands-on work with relational databases (Oracle), REST/SOAP Services, XHTML, JSP, JSTL, and CSS styles.
  • Contribute to and consume Open-Source projects.
  • Utilize problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to tackle complex issues.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software experience, both front and back-end development experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining applications.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ability to be innovative with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized in development and documentation.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum.
  • Experience with project management tools (JIRA).
  • Knowledge of JIRA and version control systems.
  • Re-Architecting legacy applications.
  • Automation Testing Tools such as JUnit.
Compensation and Benefits:

The projected compensation range for this position is $114,300 to $147,400 per year, benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The target salary for this role is $132,300. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
