Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom space that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of center-wide initiatives and programs that support the growth and success of children and staff.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least one year of professional teaching experience in a preschool setting (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
