  • Incoming Product Coordination: Plan and manage the disposition of incoming products, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Documentation Processing: Handle packing slips, bills of lading, export documentation, and expedite orders efficiently.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Communicate effectively with sales, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams regarding product and customer issues.
  • Material Reception: Receive incoming materials, purchase orders, and raw materials, adhering to company quality requirements.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in shipping and receiving.
  • Forklift and overhead crane operation experience is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with UPS Worldship and export paperwork is beneficial.
  • Understanding of SDS/Hazcom shipping regulations is required.
