Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related scientific field is required
  • At least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry
  • A minimum of 2 years in research and development, product management, or project management roles
  • Proficient in CAD design at an expert level
  • Comprehensive understanding of advanced manufacturing techniques, automation, medical science, and risk management
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate with R&D teams, New Product Introduction (NPI), and business partners

Physical Requirements:

The majority of the work is conducted in a standard office environment, with general office conditions. The role involves prolonged periods of sitting, close visual acuity for working with computers and equipment, and frequent requirements to stand, walk, and communicate. The candidate must be capable of performing the essential functions of the position, subject to reasonable accommodations as per the ADA.
